Local hot spots for grubbin!

I've lived around the Central Florida area pretty much my whole life and was wondering about local eateries in the Greater Orlando/Kissimmee areas. There are a lot of smaller places I like to go, but I'm not too familiar with Altamonte Springs, Ocoee, and Oviedo. If I could get some help, drop me one or two of your favorite small places to go (

ooo on fairbanks is a place called paco's. they have the best mexican ever.

Ooh, yeah. Intersection of Fairbanks and Clay. They're open odd hours. I've never been able to nail it down exactly, but it's worth trying to figure out their schedule. I'm glad I saw this. I'd forgotten about Paco's.
