One cold February morning, Snape awoke with the true signs of a hangover from hell.
As fragments of the day before sifted through his hazy mind, he wasn't at all surprised that he'd felt the need to drink himself into oblivion: Yesterday had been Lockhart's disastrous Valentine's Day; drinking had been his only hope of escape.
Not that it had worked; he remembered having eventually caved in to Lockhart's pleadings for a love potion.
Snape snorted.
I wonder who his victim was?
His eyes shot open in horrifying recollection as someone next to him stirred and muttered:
"Good morning, scrumptious.
