I was prompted to write this drabble by metafrantic and celestat, after I had made a stupid remark about pairing off Neville Longbottom and his favourite plant Mimbulus mimbletonia. Beta-read by Beth Kennedy.

It's so easy to make fun of Neville. I'm glad that no one points out, though, that I didn't really pair him off with the plant. ;)

I did notice, actually. but 10k_prompts is for drabbles and stories inspired by 10k_drabbles...I never said it had to follow the same guidelines (except age of the characters). So it doesn't have to have the suggestion of a sexual interaction. The emasculation of Neville was quite enough. ;)
