Call me a Luddite, but I like being able to call someone and have a real human voice on the phone.  As many of you may or may not know, e-mail is not the best way to get a hold of me.  If you want to speak with me get me on the phone.  It irritates me endlessly that websites like netflix and napster do not post contact numbers so you can talk to

Netflix DOES have a contact number! I just called it last night. If you push the help link up in the top right corner, you can find it.
