This kinda stuff makes my job worthwhile...

Hi operations manager

I have just received a telephone call from one of our customers, a Mrs customer, who wanted to pass on some positive feedback on Tim Bottomley. Apparently she had previously called four times and had spoken to four different people about a particular problem with her email and nobody's advice had worked. Then yesterday (Sunday) customer decided to try a fifth time and on this occasion her contact was Tim Bottomley, who patiently guided her through various procedures and fixed her problem.

Customer couldn't speak highly enough of Tim and was full of his praise. He was patient, considerate and didn't make her feel like a fool for asking so many questions. Although Mrs *name withheld* had problems finding Company's switchboard number (yet another problem?), she was glad she had persisted as she really wanted to ensure that Tim was given the recognition he deserved.

Please would you pass on these comments to Tim as he has obviously done a top job helping this particular customer. Go Tim !!

To add to this, I had a great day. Not really going to go into details, but it involved a lot of cuddles and a lot of km.
Marrickville -> Schofields -> Benambling(?) -> Schofields -> Normanhurst.
Was gonna go home, but eh, too much effort. Couch it is.

And no, I'm not staying at OzEmail, uh ... Company. Not if I can help it anyhow.
