re The Hillary Cackle I've discoverd (because Roger points it out every time) that I laugh in response to many statements. Roger points this out by saying "that wasn't a joke." Naturally, I know he's not joking, but it's habit for me to laugh. I think, perhaps, it's a flirtacious habit. I was always pretty good at flirting and found it a useful tool when working with men. Now that I'm married, there's less reason to flirt with Roger, so it seems strange to him. I've heard the cackle, though, and I'm not sure that's Hillary's issue. I mean, it's a robust cackle. Maybe she's just super awkward and can't flirt as well? Either way, I think it's silly for people to get on her case about it.
