Books just let it slip that Vin and Elend don't make it. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I understood Kelsier. I really did. It was a Sorahb moment. I can't think of ANYTHING that Vin/Elend would be able to accomplish in that way. so, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ( Read more... )

No they don't!! I'm more than halfway through Hero of Ages and I'm slowly losing my appetite to read, just because I know what's going to happen to them. T__T I can't bear even the thought of it! Which is pretty painful, because the book really is exciting and I just want to find out how it all resolves in the end! The thing is, Kelsier's death broke my heart to pieces and so I had a feeling the rest of the series was going to do the same, so I found out about the Vin/Elend spoiler early on in hopes of 'making it easier' for myself. XD But I don't think it does ( ... )

No way do I think you're spamming!! :) Sometimes, you just need a relief from the intensity of the emotions. That just shows how much you love it!! :) Sorry for the delay in responding, we had refridgerator problems, and just finished re-loading the new one - you don't realize how much stuff fits in the door *alone* *sighs dramtically ( ... )

Vin was right. Elend just had to work on his speaking patterns, not starting everything with "um, well, I think ...." In a crowded room (which is what he created with the Assembly), it didn't get him much attention.

Will continue in a little bit ....
