Summary: Massu likes Tegoshi and is afraid to tell him. Again, I suck at summaries.
Massu always had a soft spot for Tegoshi, then again everyone from NEWS did. Tegoshi was the baby of the band and he was very spoiled. He was the one who would sit and sleep on people laps and no one would get mad at him. He was just too adorable. That’s what Massu thought for a while but lately Tegoshi had a different aura to him and Massu didn’t know what it was.
“Ne Kato-kun, doesn’t Tegoshi look different to you?” Massu asked Shige randomly one day at karaoke.
“Hmmm,” Kato said as he looked at Tegoshi who was singing with Ryo, “Well he grew up a lot but nothing special, why?” Kato asked.
“I don’t know… something seems different.” Massu said and stared at Tegoshi.
“Oh look it’s a Tegomasu song!” Koyama shouted.
“Tego-nyan! Massu! Sing it!” Ryo ordered and smiled.
“Hai!” Tegoshi said and put his arm around Massu.
At that moment Massu’s heart went *dokidoki*. Eh? Why is my heart beating so fast? Massu thought.
“MASSU!!!” Ryo yelled, “ITS YOUR PART!!!”
“Eh?” Massu asked, “Ah, gomen”
“You don’t have to yell, he’s right here” Yamapi said and hit Ryo.
“I know but it’s fun” Ryo said and smiled.
“Massu, are you okay? You seem out of it.” Tegoshi asked and poked Massu’s nose.
“Yeah I’m fine” Massu said, “Let’s sing!”
The next day Massu went to Koyama since Shige wasn’t much help the day before.
“Koyama, does Tegoshi look different to you?” Massu asked expecting a better answer than Shige.
“You know what, yes he does.” Koyama said as he looked at Tegoshi who was sleeping on Ryo.
“Really? What is it?” Massu asked excitedly
“He has been working out lately, he’s just not skin and bones anymore.” Koyama said and laughed.
Massu thought to himself. He does look better, kinda hot actually…
“You’re right Koyama, he does look kinda hot now” Massu said.
“Eh?! Hot? I never said he looked hot?!” Koyama said and looked at Massu.
Damn did I say that out loud?
“I mean di- different, he looks different” Massu said and walked away.
Later that day they had an interview, Massu sat beside Tegoshi.
“If you could date a NEWS member, who would it be?” The lady asked Koyama.
“It would be Shige!” Koyama asked and smiled.
“How about you Kato-kun?” she asked.
“Kei-chan of course!” Shige answered and the rest of the member laughed because they all knew that Shige and Koyama already had a thing going on.
“How about you Tegoshi-kun?” she asked.
“Ummmmm, Ryo-tan!” Tegoshi answered and smiled.
“Nishikido-kun? How about Tegomasu?” the lady asked and laughed.
“No, Massu is my best friend!” Tegoshi said and put his arm around Massu.
Why does it bother me that he didn’t pick me? It shouldn’t bother me… Massu thought.
The next few days Tegoshi was either sitting on Ryo’s lap feeding him, hugging Koyama or bothering Shige by poking him while he was trying to study, it was always something.
Massu didn’t know what was going on; he didn’t understand why it was bothering him. Then it hit him I…I like him, yes that must be it, so what do I do now? So he went to talk to his leader.
“Yamashita-kun, can I ask you something?” Massu asked him while the other NEWS members weren’t there.
“No Massu, you can’t have my bento.” Yamapi answered and hugged his bento.
Damn Massu thought and frowned.
“That’s not what I was going to ask you” Massu said.
“Oh okay, than what?” Yamapi said and put his bento down.
“I like Tegoshi” Massu said without looking at Yamapi.
“I know” Yamapi said.
“Eh…?” Massu said confusingly
“Oh come on, I see how you look at him” Yamapi said and patted Massu head.
“What do I do now?” Massu asked.
“You tell him” Yamapi said.
“What if he doesn’t like me back?” Massu asked worried.
“Yeah right, look here he comes.” Yamapi said and Massu turned around.
Tegoshi walked in with Ryo who was eating half a sandwich.
“Ryo-tan~ Please~” Tegoshi begged him
“No Tego-nyan, I’ve been in your apartment before, no” Ryo said and sat down.
“Ryo-tan~!” Tegoshi said.
“What’s going on?” Yamapi asked.
“Tegoshi’s mom is going to visit him tomorrow and he wants me to help him clean” Ryo explained.
“Ryo-tan~!!!” Tegoshi yelled and hugged him.
“No, your apartment is a mess, take Massu with you” Ryo said and push him off.
“I’ll go” Massu and Tegoshi jumped to hug him.
“Arigatou Massu!!!” Tegoshi said, “You see Ryo-tan, that’s why I love Massu more!” and pulled Massu out the door.
Yamapi turned to Ryo,
“Wait, Tegoshi’s place is never dirty” Yamapi said.
“I know, and his mother is not visiting” Ryo said and smiled.
Then Yamapi laughed, he understood everything.

When they got there, Massu looked around, the place was spotless. Everything was in its place, hell it was cleaner than his house.
“Ano… Tegoshi, what exactly am I suppose to clean?” Massu asked.
Massu turned to face Tegoshi and then Tegoshi kissed him.
The kiss was long and passionate. Massu was shocked and happy at the same time. Then it hit him.
“You planned this” Massu said when he ended the kiss.
“It was Ryo-tan’s idea!” Tegoshi said defensively.
“But why?” Massu asked. That was a stupid question.
“Because I though it was gonna be funny, Baka! Because I like you” Tegoshi said and hugged him.
“Tegoshi is your mother visiting?” Massu asked
“Yeah in like three weeks from now” Tegoshi said and laughed.
Massu was secretly thanking Ryo. Then he pulled Tegoshi and kissed him again.
The next day, Massu and Tegoshi walked the NEWS dressing room. When they walked in Tegoshi yelled while holding Massu’s hand.
“Minna Ohayo~!!!!”
“Ohayo” Koyama and Shige responded.
“Soo, how was the cleaning?” Ryo asked and laughed with Yamapi.
“I’m going to get you back, but thanks” Massu said and messed up Ryo’s hair.
“Hey you should love me for doing that!” Ryo yelled.
“Nope sorry Ryo-tan, he loves me!” Tegoshi said and pulled Massu towards the couch.
When lunch time came, all of NEWS members went to get their food, especially Massu who was practically starving.
“Damn it!” Tegoshi yelled.
“What’s wrong?” Koyama asked
“I forgot my food!” Tegoshi yelled.
“Too busy with Massu this morning Tego-nyan” Ryo said and laughed, “Ha! I killed myself”
“I’ll kill you soon if you don’t shut up” Massu warned.
“What am I going to eat? I’m too adorable to die!” Tegoshi yelled and laid on the couch.
“Here share with me” Massu said and smiled.
“EH?!” Koyama and Shige both yelled “Massu never shares food.” Koyama pointed out.
“Yay!” Tegoshi shouted and sat on Massu lap.
“Ano, Ryo-chan why aren’t you eating?” Yamapi asked.
“No, I’ll eat later” Ryo said and went to sleep.

When rehearsal was over Massu and Tegoshi were about to leave then Tegoshi heard Massu stomach growl.
"Ah gomen, because of me you didn’t eat enough” Tegoshi said and frowned.
“It’s okay Tegoshi, I stole Ryo’s bento” Massu said and smiled, “Let’s leave before he finds out”
From the other room:
“MASSU, WHERE IS MY BENTO!?!?!?!?!?!” Ryo yelled.
“Opps, too late” Massu said and laughed, he grabbed Tegoshi and ran out the door.
