I think it's out of whack. It put me as 18.8 and I ought to be 20-21... BMIs suck, anyway.. what you want is an electric fat-o-meter or a water displacement tank or a pod in combination with other stuff... I mean just putting your weight and height in says nothing about your muscle mass versus your fatty blobs. :]
being in shape has nothing to do with your weight. and i've learned not to trust bmi...thbe damn thing on that site said i'm only 2 lbs over the minumum for my height (badbad...)
and if you're at a healthy weight, hey is that a bad thing?
