I know I'm late on the news bandwagon about this. However.This article and especially this column makes me rethink my reaction to Farenheit 9/11 just a bit. Now I'm angry at both the Bush administration AND Michael Moore for his alleged misrepresentation of what appeared in the Bloomington, Ill. I really liked 9/11, and I certainly wasn't aware of this. I've heard a lot of people say that Moore misrepresented in a lot of ways, so I guess I'm not ENTIRELY surprised, but jeez! Shame on him.

I guess it helps, though, if you look at Moore's film as a work of fiction meant (by an artist) to inspire a certain feeling about something, the way most any art functions, you know? The problem being that Moore's movie is a lot more likely than other art to be taken absolutely literally, and I assume (though I don't know for certain) that there are a lot of errors throughout the work, anyway.
