Can any of you out there in LJ land recommend a brand of scissors to me that doesn't dull after two weeks of paper cutting?

The problem may be with me, as I don't buy very expensive scissors. But I shouldn't have to, right? I am confused and I'm probably making you all confused. Any insight would be appreciated.
