Anyway this is AMAZING. I love the push and pull between them -- whatever the stage of the relationship, that is my favorite part about the two of them. And there's a very real comfort/naturalness between them in spite of everything that you capture SO WELL.
My absolute favorite part:
“And you thought it would be a good idea to kiss me.”
He couldn’t help it. He smiled a little. “I always think it’s a good idea to kiss you.”
