the really hyper ravers that dress/act like little kids... with the t shirts w/ cartoon characters and the plastic beaded braclets and candy necklaces and whatnot.. and neon clothes... and usually high on e but we should get a drug free candy kid thing going... but yeah. the really hyper happy ravers
