Long time no post...
Hey guys (if anyone actually sees this). Long time, no update.
Soooo...
Life kinda took me by the neck the second half of the semester. >.> I hid a lot in fanfiction, 95% reading. Taking care of my mom has become top priority.
Small mom update: no longer a candidate for surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy. We're not giving up, but it's looking pretty freaking bad.
Moving on: work is still, ya know, work. Kids are pretty awesome, but I need to finish this ONE class for my degree, so I can finish BOTH my degrees...so I can get a job that pays me enough to survive once my mom passes. It's a ridiculous and selfish, but I have moved past sadness and anger... To some kind of acceptance of my world crumbling around me...and I need to figure something out while spending as much time as I can with her now.
I just wish I could stop crying every five minutes, 'cause honestly? Not. Helpful.
Wow. When did this become "woe is me" time? >.<
I fully plan on finishing my promised projects...but it'll have to be in due time, around taking care of my mom. Obviously.
I've started writing a Supernatural fic, of sorts, recently. Leaning toward destiel (we need a better name for this pairing, srs), if I can move it past gen. XD
I have several Star Trek Jones fics sitting in my iPhone. Waiting to be finished. I don't want to stop these creative projects, and I hate unfinished fics...WIP's make me sad. XD like little corpses.
I will HONESTLY try to keep up and post more starting again. It was hard coming back to this because it'd been so long and I still really didn't have anything new to say. Well, beyond the update on my mom. I'm going to start updating more and not be such a Debbie Downer like this post.
Oh, and I got a Twitter account: iwant_tobelieve follow if you like... Pester me to write. Feel free to kick me in the ass every now and again for fic, updates, ...anything.
And there be update. TL;DR : My mom's sick and I went on another minihaitus. But I'm back again...oh with Twitter. :D
