Even if they felt that way, nightmares aren't real. :( No idea if the dream had me in it, but if it did then you can still talk to me about it if it will help you feel better. If you don't want to talk abot that's fine too. I just don't want your dreams to make you sad and upset. <3333

I've had a number of bad dreams recently too, usually to do with digging up bits of the past that should well and truly be dead and buried.

Aughhh it was so realistic, and the worst part is that I just can't seperate between the reality and fiction part of it. Like I know it was a dream, but it felt completely realistic and I think that's what frightens me the most.
