Though lately, he's been wanting a bit more freedom over his land. I mean, Arthur's barely ever physically there for him anyway, right? And clearly, Alfred's shown that he's capable of taking care of himself, right? Surely, Arthur will listen to his case when Alfred finally speaks out on it... or so Alfred assumes.
(Miss) Bing: His first friend not out to invade his vital regions and/or own him! Flirts with her, though he has no idea that what he is doing is flirting because he is utterly retarded and not used to that kind of thing at all.
Doesn't quite understand her feelings for him, but he'll break your face if you harm her because she is his princess! :D YAY VIOLENCE.
Civil War!America YES YOU GET THREE EXPLANATION THINGS: KIND OF. CREEPS HIM OUT, now that he's figured that "Oh, haha, Aaron and Mister Jones are the same person -- UH WAIT WHAT." Okay, so it disturbs him A WHOLE FUCK TON to know that he goes batshit in his near future. Alfred feels really, really scared for both of them him, but he refuses to talk about it.

Francis-mum: The Francis who cooks for him and pampers him nicely, therefore the Francis Alfred likes the best! ♥ Alfred sometimes calls this France 'mum', seeing as how his younger self did so as well.
Alfred doesn't know what to think of Francis and Arthur's buddy-buddy relationship here, though. It makes irrationally annoyed sometimes -- I mean, he just got through fighting a war because these two hated each other, and it's NOW that they chose to be so close? IRRATIONAL TEEN FRUSTRATION.
(Mister) Gardener Guy: Really likes shubbery and uh, nuts.
Ita-chan: REPLACEMENT BABY BROTHER I mean what. Alfred is strangely extremely fond of this little artist of questionable gender, and hopes to annex this bundle of cuteness into his colonies that Ita-chan will be able to visit his western frontier one day! Currently, they're in a secret alliance! So don't mess with Ita-chan!
(Mister) Ludwig: Has never met the guy, and knows little of Germany besides the geography of his place and the opinions of others (some of Ludwig's people have been coming to his colonies, but they're not him, obviously)! But -- named a donkey after him for revenge of the German's unforgivable act of naming a dog 'Alfred'.
(Mister) Matthew: IT'S COMPLICATED. Alfred hates his brother right now ("HOW DARE YOU FIGHT AGAINST ME. CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT THIS LAND IS MINE MINE MINE MINE."), but this Matthew -- this Matthew isn't his brother! Mister Matthew's a country, and as a lesser colony, Alfred really can't... hate on him without feeling as though he's forgetting his place.

Modern!America (Alfred): BAHAHAHA, together they spawned ASS!LUDWIG! ...anyway, Alfred likes this version of himself enough, even though he's a city boy Yank. It's weird, though, seeing how different they are -- but hey, his older self is fun! And rich!

(Mister)Ex-Russian Empire: Has an interesting way to run his government, and seems like a nice guy to have tea with, never mind that Alfred gets really uncomfortable around him and that Arthur apparently hates his guts.
(Miss) Scary Oriental Lady: is scary and apparently originates from the orient. Will probably shower her with apologies every time he sees her. "OH GOD I DIDN'T MEAN TO HIT YOUUUU"
(Mister) Slimy Git: The France he just got done fighting against! Who. Badtouches him too often. And pisses him off like every other second. He's forbidden to talk to Francis, but he does so anyway. ...it's complicated. Alfred kicked his ass though! YAY MORE VIOLENCE.
Vietnam War!America (Jones): Makes Alfred uncomfortable with his overtly gritty, violent attitude, and estranged relationship with his own people. Likes him anyway, though.
