The lack of context makes the tension and urgency more delicious somehow :) They're in some beautiful city and of course this is how they're spending their time.

And darling, darling, I've been run so ragged the last couple weeks that I haven't had the energy to concentrate on drawing before yesterday, so I'm so sorry those illustrations for your fic are taking so long but I really want them to come out goooooooood (as we speak I'm flipping back and forth between your drawings and managing something for the Ship Wars prompt :::if you get this in time, do you mind taking a look at it, 'cuz my eyes are shot and I just need to know if it's worth posting or not:::).

Hopefully, I'll get a drawing or two done enough to send you for some feedback by tomorrow!

don't worry hon I COMPLETELY understand - last couple of weeks were rough on me too, plus I kept on not getting the timezone difference for the deadlines. AND DUDE OF COURSE I'LL CHECK OUT YOUR DRAWINGS - always mate!

I know it's sketchy (as always *sigh*) and I have background FAIL so... yeah...

Really I just need you to point out if I've tragically fucked up the proportions or anything like that (and if you have a solution to the background issue that is probable and doesn't require my pulling photoshop wizardry out of my ass right now while I'm half dead)

... or, you know, if I just need to give up and go to bed.
