XD XD THIS IS EPIC. (I am so so amused at Starfleet making it a Big Thing! How cutte xD Especially the live band.) The conversation between Kirk and McCoy at the end is just the sweetest thing in existance.

&Hearts this has made me happy.

(and I think that's a *perfect* place to end it.)

Also: was the scotty/Uhura intentional 'cause OMG :D

Oh don't worry about the beta :) xlcatloveress offered!! :) I DO however have a question regarding the Kirk lost on planet, Spock is looking for him story.
It's regarding how the rescue should go down - i don't actually want anything too dramatic, so I was just thinking of having Spock clear through, shot everything insight - it's a little boring but i don't want the story to drag on

excellent stuff, i think you did a great job of getting their epic platonic love out there without hinting at anything else... which is amazingly hard to do in my opinion, i absolutely think it can end there.... on the subject of your other fic... i think it's totally fine to sort of gloss over the rescue a little bit, i think that you already have plenty of action and that their bonding is more important in a 'screen time' sort of way... i liked your idea of jim being all 'i knew you would come' and mccoy 'what am i chopped liver?' and then on to the bridge for a quick jim talking through spock bit and then them sorting out their bond
