I APOLOGIZE TO ALL PEOPLE WHO SENT ME COMMENTS AND DID NOT GET A REPLY. NOT MY FAULT WHEN IT'S ONLY IN MY HOME PAGE NOTIFICATION, AND NO COPY IN MY LJ INBOX. THIS MEANS, WHEN I CLICK IT AND IT GOES AWRY IN THE PROCESS, THERE'S NO WAY TO RETRIEVE THE MESSAGE. MAY BE I'M JUST IGNORANT OF THE PROCESS. I had problems with this too. Just go to your journal settings, and there should be a tab that says notifications, and you can personalize how you receive notifications. I hope this helps, although I know every journal style differs on how you personalize.

I think you get there through 'user info' at the top of the page, it should bring you back to your profile. Then there is a 'drop-down' menu that you can click on profile settings, if I remember correctly. It helps if you have a mouse, or laptop, rather than a tablet.

:) always glad to help! If had so many programming problems on here, but it helps teach me in a way; I don't mean to gripe sometimes, but after 24 hours sometimes, trying to fix one silly problem, one is likely to go mad!!

Hhaha! You make me laugh. I see myself in that situation.

I did it yesterday, btw. It was quite easy after your instructions. I normally tinker with LJ (before). But it being a site owned by Russian and mostly I don't understand the language without a translator, I am more adamant of change..
