Whelmed: I'm Over It.
I've basically been hiding under my bed for the past 8 months. If I allowed myself to feel any more empathy for the victims of these rapid-fire disasters, I'd spontaneously combust!
As if the natural disasters weren't enough, the entire human race has gone stark-raving mad, & I'm grateful for every day that I can sit here behind my computer screen ( Read more... )

Despite of the lurid, viscous goo of depression that I've had for the last year, things are starting to look up. :D
Work has been consistent, for which am I very grateful - even if it means putting in 14-hour shifts most days. I have been very, very lucky to still have a job - neither Mom, nor my associates have been so fortunate, due mostly to lower-level work being out-sourced.
Sorry I haven't been around very much - I miss chatting with you & I think about you often.
