Weight is NOT Health

Today, I went in to the clinic for a hypertension checkup. (I was supposed to go in last ... November, but I ran out of damns to give. )
The preliminaries showed that I gained weight, & the filtered condescending tone with which the nurse commented, I was certain my blood pressure would be sky-high. She asked, "has anything changed - are you doing

Hey, I realise it's been six years since your last entry - and my LJ use dropped off to the point where I have no friends but you on here haha... but just thought that if you do ever come here, that I still think fondly of you as one of the dearest friends who was around during the most important parts of my life. I hope you are doing well and that life is treating you good.
