[The first thing the journal picks up is the sound of a window breaking -- Subaru's so pissed off that he failed to protect his sister when he was very close by that he misjudged his punch-to-the-wall and ended up putting his fist through the window. Hey, it's dark, give him a break. Oh, and Soujirou didn't make things any better by pretty much

Impressive. [He's saying this softly, but without any humor. Whether or not he's amused, it's a mystery.]

Don't wait for me. [As in, 'I'll be there shortly'. And after that he's tailing Subaru. Don't think he wasn't somewhere close after Hokuto's kidnapping post in the first place. But being a nice assassin as he is (really), he doesn't hide his presence so much that Subaru wouldn't notice him. And he leaves the last decision for picking a place for Subaru.]

[Subaru acknowledges Seishirou's responses, but doesn't answer either one and instead starts out the door. As soon as he feels himself being tailed, he has an urge to just spin around and start the fight right then and there, but the last thing he wanted was someone to get nosy or get in the way. He didn't want to hurt anyone else, but if they got in the way, then he'd just have to. Knowing that that was his current stance on people as a whole damn near made him sick, but there was nothing he could do about that.

So he keeps moving, making his way through the forest until he's fairly deep in. After some time, he stops and keeps perfectly still. He was waiting for Seishirou to stop shadowing him and make an appearance, but if the older male didn't do so, then he would just force him to.]

[Seishirou doesn't bother hiding, there's both no need for it and no desire. He's wearing black and carrying a scent of magic with him when he walks calmly into the small clearing behind Subaru.]

So, today is the day you're going to kill me again, Subaru-kun? I never thought you'd be the type to appease your temper tantrum with blood. [And he chuckles, low and soft.]

... things have changed for me since this side of me was brought out, you know that. [He says this without turning to face him, still staring straight ahead.] However, my reason for doing this now isn't to appease my anger.

[There's some sort of odd, low chuckle -- the journal doesn't pick it up very well, since he's on the move.] I'll be doing more than simply 'fighting' him.
