Millennium Earl: "Father" Earl, enemy. Kill on sight. Or attempt to, anyway. You killed him and his brother what do you expect. >8(
Noahs: Family, brothers/sisters, love-hate. Loves them because they're family, hates them because they want to take over the wooorrrld.
→ Rhode Camelot: ... You tortured him. He doesn't like you anymore. Sister.
→ Tyki Mikk: Ah, beloved elder brother, why must you be so... not-on-his-side. Really looks up to Tyki, even though the man almost killed him once. Or twice.
→ Skin Boric: Well.. a strange guy, but The Fourteenth understands his pain. Not yet dead.
Black Order: adshflakjd don't even mention them. Especially the Grand Generals. Haaaate.
Exorcists: Lovely~ He adores these people and will do what he can to help them because they're both on the same side-- even if they don't believe him.
→ Yuu Kanda: Looooves to irritate him. Favorite Exorcist out of the few he's met.
→ Linali Li: Respects her bravery.
→ Miranda Lotto: Has a handy Innocence. Also respects her bravery to fight Akuma and the Noah.
Finders: Well, seeing as they're helping the Exorcists, he's okay with them.
Generals: Eh.. Exorcists, though if they treat their students badly then he may get a bit irritated.
→ Cross Marian: He's okay with him. Cross gave him something to do with his life after he failed in killing the Earl for the second time. But the guy is really annoying. D:
Bookman Clan: Friends! He tells them about the Noah, they answer his questions about the world and also keep him updated on the Exorcists. Almost constant contact with Bookman, despite the fact that he and Lavi are Exorcists.
Humans: Liked by default. :) What they do to him, however, will change his opinion. Maybe.
Others: Despite jumping to conclusions, his opinion of you will change according to how you treat him-- for the most part. He will forever love Exorcists and hate Noahs.
