I'm actually trying to figure out frankly... Well, do you know anything about the Sullivan case or the cult of Silent Hill? I'm trying to get leads, and they're either cultists or crazed suicidal or homicidal lunatics.
I've seen you about. You're a rare presence to find. So, you're an investigator on the whole 'Silent Hill' thing. Interesting.
What can you tell me about their religion? I was trying to help a young lady named Juno sometime back, but she crawled through a hole in the wall of apartment 302 in the City.
I'm a journalist, but towards the end I became obsessed with the Walter Sullivan case. I can be hard to find, but much of the time I'm too busy trying to gather research material about the occult and the like, trying to get a lead on Walter Sullivan. I've already amassed a large wealth of knowledge on him and the cult, and yet there's so many lies it's hard to decipher the truth
( ... )
I don't know where, or for that matter, what, Walter is, and frankly I'd rather avoid him for the time being. He can be... He's inhuman.
The differences in the sects are based on the gods they worship, and the aspects of the cult. There are multiple Gods, Lobsel Vith, Valtiel, Xuchilbara, Xuchilbapa, Samael, the list goes on- and yet there is a lot of overlap. There's a sort of Trinity going on as well, the cult seems to take aspects from various religions and mix them with the local folklore to create a truly bastardized religion with too much power. Cults are cults, this one just has a bit of spiritual firepower.
((Yup, just lurking mostly and busy with life. I pop in every now and then, although I'm primarily at the other RP at this point. Joseph's very difficult to RP in a RP with a bunch of superpowered characters, as he's a very cursed individual, and having someone able to unbind his soul, resurrect him, uncurse him is almost a bit too convenient, making it inconvenient, as Joe's mostly defined by his curse.))
Somehow, even though I've been here before, I get the feeling that I've missed a lot. Claudia and Walter... What's Henry got to do with this, though? He seems perfectly normal to me.
...I should know better, nothing is what it seems. Augh.
Henry was never in Silent Hill, he spent most of his life in South Ashfield. He lived in room 302, an apartment that Walter believed was his mother, and used it in an occult ritual. Naturally, it didn't bring back his mother, but it caused him to possess the apartment as some sort of supernatural entity, still trying to finish the ritual. I was victim 15. Henry was supposed to be 21. I don't know how he fared- I became one with the apartment, and tried to help him with what was left of me, but it wasn't really consciousness. I barely remember being in that state, watching over him
( ... )
Walter again. Yeah, I think Vincent might have mentioned some of that. ...Why did Walter think that room was his mom, though? That's... kind of strange. Ugh, what an understatement. I'm guessing Henry's okay, though. He's been staying with Alessa and me. Now where did Alessa...
I'm flattered you've heard of me. I mean, I'm not a giant success or anything, but I love writing. I think I might have read an article or two from you before, but I wouldn't mind seeing more of your work. Reading anything here that isn't some morbid message from the town would be nice.

No, I've never heard of that before....Cultists, or lunatics? Doesn't seem a fun time no matter what way you look at it.
Isn't there a safer story to work on?

But I had no idea I'd become part of the whole thing.

But then that would be odd; I'm rather sure i saw him commenting to people here.
Can a man be two places at once when he's not anywhere at all?
What are the differences in the sects?
Is it like Catholicism and Protestantism? Perhaps they will wipe each other out, if so.
