It always feels so skeezy when people deliberately use the wrong pronouns to describe cis peoples for the reasons you listed. Like there's a super annoying trend on the tumblr part of MCR fandom to use female pronouns for Gerard because occasionally he looks like a girl. It just feels skeezy. and really rude.
