every since my injury has happened everything seems to have gone downhill from my grades to my friends to sum it up my life has been one big bust. i let my team down, i let myself down and now ive let everyone else down. ive been down and cant seem to pick myself up, im just not myself nemore all because the only thing that i really care about was

Life may knock you off your game for a reason but it cant hold you down. I am of the same waters as you and I struggle to play everytime I walk on the soccer field due to a concurrent injury. But my mind body and soul wont let me take a break and sit as others live my game for me. yOu need to realize taht no injury or situation can control what you do in your life and you cant let an injury hold you back bc time runs out nad the game ends but you cant let it.... you cant. With hope and grit you can fight through anything life throws at you and if your heart is strong your body will follow. I guess what I am tryin to say is that you cant let an injury hold you back bc there are alwyas open doors for you to walk through... make yourself strong again and re-enter your game that you love bc you can always live to fight another day
