I never said that. I suppose you could say that I like a fair amount of background noise without being confined with it.

The definition of Paradise is different for everyone. However, in the case of a negative connotation, what makes it more bearable? The presence of acquaintances, or their absence?

You're thinking of 'Paradise' as a description instead of it being used as the name of a place. A place could be named 'Hell hall' and be perfectly pleasant in comparison.

Such a place as this, a name such a 'Paradise' will never become it's description. It is impossible to please everyone, likewise it is impossible for everyone to get along in unison.

Forgive me. I did not mean to say that the definition should match the place. Usually, when one arrives at a new area, the name brings up the definition, and we decide later whether it matches our expectations or not. I understand that this so-called Paradise may not be be an actual paradise for some, but everyone's minds are different. This may be paradise for those who think differently. I was merely asking whether this place, if it does not meet your expectations, could be bearable by means of companionship or comfort.

But then again, if Paradise pleased everyone, each person would be in a separate world. There would be no such thing as communication between strangers like us.

The name is entirely misleading if one is going by the perfect definition of a 'Paradise', specifics aside. The Gods tend to alter things within this world, individuals included, which can be far from pleasant.

As such, I never stated that this place was unbearable or unpleasant. I was commenting on the fact that everyone is treating a single death as though it's the end of all life as it is known. As though they did not expect it to happen somewhere down the line through assumptions that everyone entering such a place would be more than happy to become part of a community.

So long as there are individual bodies, so long as everyone is an individual within their own right, this place will never be a complete 'Paradise'. Nor will the possibility of injuries and death cease to loom over us all.

Surely, it must be because everyone misses your company, Kaworu.

And, I agree. One can never know the devils that lurk in the shadows~

I highly doubt that, if anything i'm sure that they would rather I be quiet and save them from having to think.

Sometimes they may not even be within the shadows but out in plain sight. The least expected.

I personally enjoy your company, and if you were more apt to doing humanish things, would be happy to spend a normal day with you~

The least expected...are definitely the most dangerous. I must admit the thought that one of these people could engage me in conversation one minute then stab me with a smile on their face the next does put me on edge.

You would, you seem to enjoy those who you can either tease to no end or maintain a lasting conversation with. That said, I do admit that I am rather limited on what would class as a normal activity.

I cannot say that I find such a thing to be so unnerving, I have faith in my abilities. I additionally doubt that any person here could do worse than I experienced back home.
