Is Getty Images like sueing people who post their pictures?
I really want to make my annual Bayern Weisn post, but if I can't then it'll suck.

I'd love to post something, but I've got nothing that would interest anyone.

I don't think Livejournal is of interest to them but they sued lots of site owners who used stock images from Getty Creative without paying for them. I think this was limited to commercial sites though. It would be hard for them to get your contact details from LJ. LJ would have to give out your IP and then they'd have to contact your ISP in order to get your adress - if at all.
But either way it's not legal, of course.
