Man lemme tell you today definatly not one of my favorites... Stupid Pills and Powder mix from my stomach stinks and I dont like it. I take this powder stuff, mixed in "the beverage of my choice" an hour before eating, and this pill 30 mins before eating, talk about timing huh....
