lol interesting idea. However, it doesn't help the fact that I really need at least one more day of cardio. Aerobics is cardio (well, half cardio, half strength training and a bit of both at the same time), so if I do that two times a week, I'm good there - but I really should do it 3 times. All the dance classes are so stop and go that they don't really help with the cardio.
Hmmm... maybe cardio on Monday... but then I'm going 3 days in a row. I guess I'll just have to play with it once things get going.
How's Oshyn's dance going? Where is she going again? You'll have to invite me to the recital! :-)
