To "clean someone's clock" means to smack the ever loving crap out of them. It's just an expression, a rather old one, but I like it anyway.

Oolong, that perverted little piglet, has been doing a lot of staring at my daughter, because she's starting to develop a figure. If he doesn't stop staring, I'll make sure he never stares at anything else again. Understand now?
