“Stop, my midterm is tomorrow.” Jinah says firmly without looking away from her notes.
“You'll probably pass with flying colors anyway.” Sooyoung pouts and withdraws her hand from Jinah’s thigh.
It’s a typical Thursday night-the clock on the nightstand reads 9:14 pm-and they're lying in Jinah’s bed after dinner like any other night.
“What are you studying?” Sooyoung asks, hand now trailing under Jinah’s shirt.
Jinah ignores the question from the younger girl lying on her side as she underlines a keyword from the textbook.
“Jin,” Sooyoung coos as she lightly tugs on the older girl’s bra clasp.
“Hmm?” Jinah hums nonchalantly. Jinah is distracted, and Sooyoung’s short-lived patience is running out.
Sooyoung repeats her question, “what are you studying?” This time around, she nibbles on Jinah’s ear as she waits for an answer.
“English,” Sooyoung smirks when she hears the hitch in Jinah’s breathing, “conjugations.”
“I can help with that.” Jinah turns on her side for a moment, and Sooyoung uses it as an advantage to push the older girl on her back.
Jinah is about to protest but the words die in her mouth as the Sooyoung’s weight settles on top of her, and the blonde silences her with a kiss. Sooyoung momentarily breaks the kiss to pull off Jinah’s shirt and her own. Jinah almost whines at the absence of contact and immediately pulls Sooyoung back down for another kiss as soon as her bra is unhooked and tossed aimlessly to the floor.
Sooyoung massages Jinah’s breast with one hand and unbuttons her shorts with the other. Her hand dips below the denim waistband, and she smiles into Jinah’s kiss as she feels the damp fabric underneath. “As serious as the injuries you just inflicted on my back.” Sooyoung retorts jokingly, but Jinah could see the younger girl slightly wincing in pain.
“Sorry. I didn't mean to.” Jinah says softly, pecking the girl on the lips, and gently tracing her fingers over the imprints on Sooyoung’s back that will surely leave marks in a few hours. Before she can deepen the kiss, Sooyoung pulls back and stares at her expectantly.
Jinah furrows her eyebrows in contemplation as she thinks of an answer, “I am.”
“Good,” Sooyoung’s thumb rubs against her clit and slides two fingers into Jinah, “present tense, first-person plural.”
Jinah squeezes her eyes shut as Sooyoung inserts a third finger. She can’t remember and silently curses at damn college foreign language requirements for getting her into this mess to begin with.
“I don’t know.”
Sooyoung's movements steady as she encourages the older girl, “yes, you do.”
“W-we are?”
“Good.” Sooyoung presses harder and faster into Jinah, “past tense, third-person plural.”
“Shit.” The question barely registers in Jinah’s mind, not when Sooyoung has her this edgy and close. Sooyoung tenderly bites down on the skin of her neck, and Jinah wraps her legs around the younger girl’s waist to press her in deeper.
Jinah comes minutes later after a slew of curse words and adding another set of claw marks to Sooyoung’s back. Sooyoung falls back onto the bed next to a panting Jinah still recovering from her climax.
“So,” the blonde grins as she turns to the older girl, “what’s the answer?”
Jinah rolls her eyes and shoves a pillow into Sooyoung’s stupid, smug face.
