Called Tuesday. Technician said my tickets keep getting closed because I'm on a congested circuit and it's a known issue. He said there's no ETA on resolution. I said, "I've been down for almost two weeks and you have no resolution and I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Should I look for another provider?"
