I was thinking more of how their biology operates.

Well I was wondering if they had saliva, because it had seemed to me they wouldn't need it, being dead, but a good point has been made in that, without it, speaking would be uncomfortable.

But I'm far from any sort of doctor. I believe someone else is looking into general biological operation. To pass the time.

Eight years, really?

In your experience:
Very well. In your experience:
Do vampires have saliva?
Do vampires feel any sort of specific regard for the neck?
Does this continue once the person to whom the neck belongs is no longer alive?
Can vampires fly?
Can vampires float?
Does a vampire's hair grow?

Really, really.

[Pauuuse.]

They have saliva. [Blink.] Since it's their favorite body part to munch on, yeah, they tend to think pretty highly of them. They'll eat anyone they can.. But they like the blood warm.

No flying or floating in my world. Unless you're Dracula. Or some other macho-magic-y-vamp.

And yeah, their hair grows.

Awfully specific questions.

Well, yes: the books don't say anything about saliva, and although they all seem to agree that vampires haven't got reflections, they never describe them as looking like they haven't brushed their hair for some time, which is the sort of thing one would notice.

It's possible to keep one's hair neat without a mirror, you know.
