Tonight, I am happy to write a new story. I am guessing I have found the replacement for my sadness and vain. It is not another fairytale but the people of this city thinks it is just another fairytale. I sighed because I cannot win the argument. Sometimes I want to get out of this town but my lover persist that I need to stay here till I finish writing all this so called fairytale. I never met this couple but my lover insists that I should meet and stay with them. I give up with my lover's demand and meet the couple. After meeting the couple, I realized, another star has brightly shines in the most darkest universe. I should begin writing the story before I lost the information...
Heechul is the most fearsome businessman in entertainment industry. He has produced so many singers, bands, actors and actress, hosts and gags. His taste is the same level with President Yang of YG company. In short, he is in the same line with President Yang but his business has wider perspective. He has high level of perfection and everything should be approved by him. His parents are happy with his achievement but they still have worry for their son. They can sense danger or bleak future for their son. So they begin asking for their son to go for a date. Heechul rejects their request politely with a one reason, “I am fear they will accept me because of their money,” His family and relatives smiles at him and they begin the hunting for Heechul's future spouse.
Eeteuk is just an average joe. He is the most respectful doctor in Seoul. He is well known for his skills and everything. He is the compassionate doctor and every patient loves him dearly. Sometimes, he will talk with the patient but not getting attach with the patient. He values his family, friends and community. Every mother wants him as their son-in-law and every man even in the hospital wants to date him but he just happily stays single. His parents loves him dearly and they always be supportive for their son.
“Son, thank you so much for treating me,” said a mid 70s woman.
“It's my job, Mrs. Kim,” Eeteuk smiles to his patient.
“But you did it with love unlike other doctors I've met,” she continued.
“Maybe they are just busy and cranky,” he replied and they laugh together.
“Where did you leave?” she asked and Eeteuk is surprised with sudden question.
“Well, I uh,” Eeteuk felt hesitant to answer but his patient is holding his hand with a hope.
Eeteuk smiles and writes his address on a piece of paper. His patient smiles and left the hospital after she pays the bills.
It was the first episode of their love story. The next episode is filled with many family meetings but still they never met. They are busy with their works but they put trust on their family decision.
October 31st.
The two family decides that their son should have a little meeting. Heechul and Eeteuk do not know the plan so they tag along with their families and meet at a restaurant. Sharp at 8.30 p.m. Both of them met for the first time. They feel awkward at first while Eeteuk never stops looking at Heechul. He is mesmerized by his appearance and suddenly he stumbles on the floor. The two families are laughing while Heechul snorts to see the act. Eeteuk smiles sheepishly to him.
“So we decide that both of you,” Mrs. Park stops talking and looks at her son and future son-in-law. She smiles and nudge at her husband. Mrs. Kim also notices her own son and makes a coughing and break the silence between both of them. It is first time Heechul feels shy and embarrassed in front of a man that he never meet while Eeteuk just look at other place to cover his nervousness.
“Your mother said that both of you are going to tie the knot this December,” said Mr. Park and Eeteuk mades a wide eyes with the sudden announcement.
“December? Why?” he asked and he notices Heechul frowns with the question.
“Well, that was the only time you are free. Plus, I remember that you haven't take any leave this year. It is a good time for both of you to get married and have your honeymoon,” reasoned Mrs. Park.
“I understand,” Eeteuk nods slightly and looks at Heechul.
“What do you think, Heechul? Is December ok with you? Did you have any plan during that month?” she asked.
“Well probably I will be busy for the first two weeks with my employee's schedule. Usually, I let them have breaks from third week of December till third week of January. I am free doing that weeks,” he replied and looks at Eeteuk with shy enveloping on his face.
“Ok, let's set the date and get ready the preparation for their wedding,” said Mr. Kim and the wives from both family nods and giggles with the announcement while Heechul and Eeteuk is in their own world.
December 31st at 11.50 p.m.
Everything had set for the wedding. From A to Z and it is the wedding of the year but due to Eeteuk's request, he wants a simple wedding that consist of family members and friends. Both parties agreed though Heechul had some objection with the request. The issue had been resolved with Eeteuk's idea, “Our wedding can be witness by people right after the sunrise,” and makes Heechul smiles.
Midnight, January 1st.
Finally they exchange their vows and loud cheers can be heard from everyone. The two souls are bonded heart and soul and it is the beginning of their new life. They happily shared their kisses and gives a secret smile to each other. There is small party and Heechul just enjoy the night with his new husband. Suddenly the light turns off and a spotlight appears at the stage. It is Eeteuk with his white guitar. Heechul is amazed to see his husband and looks at him.
“For my new wife or spouse should I say,” said Eeteuk and every one is applauding at him.
He begins to sing and makes Heechul blushed. The night goes by with sweet memories for the newly wed.

Six years goes by really fast and miracle happens to both of them. After one year married, they were blessed with a beautiful baby boy. The boy was born premature and his mother had abandoned him at the hospital. It was a common case but Eeteuk always hate the situation. He enters the room to see the baby and his heart sank deep. He looks at the boy closely and smiles sadly, “Appa wish appa can bring you home,” he said silently.
He comes home with a heavy heart and makes Heechul worries about him. He looks at his husband and approach him with love, “What's wrong teukie ah?” he asked while sitting next to him at the couch. Eeteuk looks at Heechul and trying to smile but his heart could not take it.
“There is this boy, his mother had abandoned him this morning,” he said with sad and it breaks Heechul's heart to many pieces.
“We can bring to our home,” said Heechul and Eeteuk looks at him with surprised.
“But,”
“I know I had a really busy schedule but since I am bonded with you, I am in a path where family is the most important thing in my life. I know, people will talk about it and rumors will spread like our wedding but don't worry. I am Kim Heechul, I can deal with anything,” said Heechul with confidence.
“You can deal anything as long I am by your side, remember that,” reminded Eeteuk.
The next day, Eeteuk takes his day offs and brings Heechul to visit the baby. Instantly, Heechul falls for him. The innocent of the baby has crumbled Heechul's wall of ego and builts new base of love. Heechul agrees with Eeteuk and they proceed to the next plan, adopting the baby.
The second son arrive unexpectedly two years later. It was a request from Heechul's close friend, Kim Sohee. Heechul and Sohee had been friends since their kindergarten and since Sohee's pregnancy, she was told that there is a slim chance to survive. Heechul being the optimistic friend had always support her and been through with her everything. Sometimes Eeteuk and their son, Donghae feel jealous toward him. As usual, Heechul ignore them but make a demand that Eeteuk should be the gynecologist for his best friend. At first Eeteuk rejects the offer because it is not in his expertise. Heechul with his diva power makes Eeteuk agreed with one condition, “I'll do my best but only God determines the fate,” he said strictly and Heechul nods.
Unfortunately, Sohee did not survive the birth and Heechul becomes sad. His husband console him and brings the baby to Heechul, “It's a boy and your best friend is amazing. The baby is born perfectly healthy and,”
“Let's keep the baby,” Heechul said while holding the baby gently and makes Eeteuk smiles.

Eeteuk is sipping his hot cocoa in his cozy family room. The dim light, simple decoration and soft music is playing in the family room, making him feels calm. He looks at the clock that shows ten minutes before midnight makes him smiles suddenly. He does not care about his cold winter night because he has own the most expensive treasure in the world, his family.
“Teukie ah,” a voiced call him and he can hears footsteps from behind. He turns around and sees his husband that has been with him for six years. He smiles to see the other man and pats an empty space next to him. The other man seats with and cuddles with his other half.
“What were you thinking?” his husband asked and looks at Eeteuk with curious smile,
“Nothing, Heechul. Just reminiscing our love story,” he replied and sipped the hot cocoa for the second time.
“Is the drink is ok? I just learn the recipe from Jaejoong,” Heechul said bluntly and earns a chuckles from Eeteuk.
:”Why are you laughing at?” Heechul huffed and pinched his lover's thigh.
“This is your first time made it yourself? I am impressed and it's delicious,” he continue laughing.
“Yes it is my first time. So what?”
“Nothing,” Eeteuk replied shortly and smiles.
Heechul smiles in return and hugs his husband more. They listen to the song together and silent is occupying the room. The time goes by really slows and Heechul is enjoying his time together with his husband.
“Umma,” a voice call from behind and Heechul looks behind the couch. His five years old son, Lee Donghae is standing at the doorway with his pink teddy bear.
“Yes, Donghae. What do you want?” he asked gently and his heart is filled with love.
“I had a nightmare,” he said in trembling voice and walks to his papa slowly and tears starts to form at his eyes. Heechul smiles and brings the boy in his arm. Then Donghae slowly falls into sleep while Heechul humming a song for him. Eeteuk looks at them and hugs his family. Another little footsteps appeared at the room and this time a three years old boy with his blue blanket is clutched tightly at his little hand. He jumps on his parent and Eeteuk can see his youngest son's red eyes.
“What's wrong little man?” asked Eeteuk while Heechul adjust his position so that his youngest son can fit into them.
“Hyung leave Dongho alone. Monster Boo Boo is there,” replied Dongho in his teary eyes and nuzzles into his father's chest. Heechul chuckles while Eeteuk strokes his son's softly. Soon, Dongho falls asleep.
The clock strikes midnight and Eeteuk kissed Heechul's forehead gently.
“Happy sixth anniversary, my love,” said Eeteuk.
“You too,” Heechul replied and they stay at the living room and enjoying their time together.
It's New Year and every time I look at outside of my window, I remember them. The star that shines brightly in the darkest universe. Thank you my love, for letting me meet and stay with them.
