hi, my name is Kate and I have lived with WG for the last 8 years. Last December I finished a 4-week course of Rituximab treatments(4-hour IV treatments) at the NYC cancer center. I have flared on a realitively regular basis( a few good years here and there) since I was diagnosed. It is 5 months later and I feel good, my ANCA is negative and bloodtests/levels are normal. I have tapered off the prednisone and may also taper off the methotrexate if things keep going well. You may have looked into this, and found that it may not be right for you, but I am just throwing this out there in case you haven't heard.
