THE PLAN...

So I've made a plan....

from 5th Jan - 12th Feb 2468 diet, was going to only do 4 weeks but have had to extend it as I have commitments. Weight loss: 25lbs
13h Feb - 23th feb - fast, thinking the master cleanse but who knows..... weight loss: 15lbs
23rd - 2nd March take time off work, get back onto solids and eat raw food.  weight loss 10lbs
