You should do what my mom does in a situation where there is someone stealing her milk: Put your name on the container, and in permanent marker, mark how much liquid is left so that everyone can see. That way, if there's less, you'll know, and they're not going to want to get caught. Every time you use the creamer, put another line on it denoting how much is left. It might just make people think more carefully before they use it.

We have problems like that in my office, too. People will put entire packages of diet food in the freezer, with their name on the package, and then go to have lunch and realize someone has already heated up and eaten their food.

I personally blame the midnight shift.

I'd say fill it with a powder laxative or something... you'll find out who's using it FAST! LOL
