I tried it, and I would add: Don't be afraid to go overboard on the tomatoes. Also, cover it with foil when it goes in the oven. I really like my zucchini soggy and soaked in tomato/veg juice.
I couldn't do this as the only thing for dinner. I got too hungry. Will either need to add chicken sausage or more feta.

Yes, if you like things soggy, you have to cover it up - I like the feta crispy and not too much juice, so I leave it uncovered.
I remember writing about eating it with ciabatta bread or something, but it seems I deleted it before I posted... oops! Sorry about that! Chicken sausage is a good idea, too.
