Better than I was in the last post. I'm not good at communicating my feelings in a timely manner. Instead I let things boil on low until it just all comes out in a sloppy mess. It's a character defect I suppose, and one that needs work. I haven't had any alkyhol in a coupla days and I feel pretty good. I haven't "quit" so to speak, but simply
