yeah, I hate when people who are higher up than you like to pick on you because they can. I had the same problem when I worked at mcdonalds...they would just try to find something I was doing to yell at me for. I'm glad you like your new job :P

Yeah, I mean, I really think it makes a difference when people treat you like you are capable of getting things done, you know? I feel that telling someone everything they are doing wrong is counterproductive and will make things worse, not better. I think feedback with an equal amount of what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong is what makes the perfect working environment. :)

Yeah, being new really sucks, but I feel like I'm gaining a lot of life experience that I never got growing up. Gotta start somewhere!
