That article is so vague it isn't clear to me what exactly the legislation entailed. There isn't a specific date given for that article, but the copyright date at the bottom says 2004. What was the vote in the house? Did this legislation become law? Did Bush sign this? Has anyone been prosecuted for "hate speech" in the U.S? Hell, if they can't get Fred Phelps even for protesting soldiers' funerals, I doubt it, but if so, what was the sentence? Was it challenged in court? What did the court have to say?

Have you actually read The End of Faith or Letter to a Christian Nation?

I'm still trying to figure out how censoring the film because it's inaccurate jibes with the Sandy Berger theft.

Clearly any such story will be inaccurate, what with his having stolen the evidence of events.

Actually... I can figure it out. It's just sad.
