Wow, whoever writes this column needs to come to L.A. If you think a Hummer is bad, try 1 MILLION Hummers. And Half a Million Hummer STRETCH LIMOS containing people who wear more on their pinky than I made last year.

I must say, though, the rash of organic food stores in this place is starting to irk me a bit. Mostly the people. For example, people in Trader Joe's tend to congregate in the middle of the aisles to yack about whatever. Which is fine if that's what you went to the store for. Unfortunately I do not.

also while i'm on the subject, why doesn't the guy from DC know about public transportation. Isn't it fairly decent in DC? As for here, it is terrible and if you use it, you will be knifed. or see someone get knifed. and then be threatened with a knifing.
