Judicial restraint and activism

Ruth Bader Ginsberg and John Paul Stevens are the names of the 2 Supreme Court justices who are likely to retire during the term of our new President-elect Obama. Which means that as new Supreme Court justices are appointed by him, it could possibly influence the next few decades of American culture

I think I wanna go back and reword a couple things tho.
I don't want people to read into it that I have a negative attitude towards our new president-elect.

I've been wanting to formulate words about judicial restraint since going to DC back in April

I just don't want people to read it and say, "oh she hates our new president." That would be BAD! And the opposite of what I really feel
the point was to bring up the issue of judicial restraint and activism

not to offend (if I did in any way)
