I should not have gone to the gym. It was the first time I had been since last Wednesday due to feeling crappy with a cold. I rocked up to find it was the "hour of power" and throughly got my arse whipped. I felt almost sick afterwards. You should try those Celebrity Slim chocolate bars, apparently they're a high protein bar and meant to replace a meal but the peppermint flavoured one tastes quite good. If you're interested in losing weight without slogging it out at the gym one of my friends did the Celebrity Slim Low Carb Diet for 3 months and lost 12+ kilos without any excercise.

12 kilos in 3 months is excellent. I've been using Horelys Sculpt, maximum fat loss stuff designed for women. You use that in a shake and they have bars too just like celebrity slim but even with that help weight seems to take ages to shift.

If only I was a thin little hottie like you ;)
