I have to ask, with all due respect, what philosophy/religion do you live by? I've been reading your writings and I must say, I'm not sure...

Well to be truthful devotional worship of God is something that I hadn't done much of at all until recently. I was busy creating my own philosophies : ). Now I suppose you could call me interfaith. I believe in God. I have most recently really been moved by the Lord Vishnu and Lord Krishna. I respect and admire the compassion of Buddhism. And "Jesus is just all right with me." I have looked into Religious and Philosophical Taoism. Both have their merits. So I don't know what we could call it exactly. I try hard to explore my own beliefs. The more I do the more they change. I suppose that means I'm making some progress. My journal is meant to kind of be a record of the changes and the insights as much as anything. So I'm not surprised that it leaves you a little confused. I am also confused from time to time. Now it's your turn - you asked me so what faith/philosophy/religion do you subscribe to?

I think what you've done is what many more people should do, and that is explore. I like "Omnigious". :)
I follow the philosophy, not the religion, of Tao. What I enjoy about it is that it allows that anything is possible, which I find very freeing.

Thank you. I am a religious whore these days. I'll pray and bow to anybody. The God in my heart wants me to know many things. That is what I believe. I have been using the open source Idea with religion. I take what seems useful or interesting and make it my own. I like Taoism a lot. Philosophical Taoism is especially liberated as you said. The religious Taoism is mostly a cover for the practice of some really sophisticated personal development anyway. If you haven't heard of him you should look into some Dr. Jerry Allen Johnson. He has a series of books on Medical Qigong that are amazing and full of good info. He also has books on Traditional mystical practices of the Tao. Much of that kind of information is hard to find from a legitimate source. Dr. Johnson is a good source of Knowledge. I have a funny story about some Chinese Taoist I got in trouble with cuz of a girl : ) They are pretty strict in China believe it or not.
