Well I believe I have lost at least 10 lbs. The scale says 305 I was 320 not long ago. Im feeling Ok. But hot food smells so good. I keep on cheating too. I had a piece of bread with butter and honey last night. I bought a vegan ice cream sandwich just the other day. I'm giving myself on cheat day - Sunday. So I can have one hot cooked meal as long as it is vegan. I'm feeling pretty well but defiantly craving a few things. This is part of a recommended but self enforced prescription for better mental, spiritual, physical health in general. I am also taking cold showers about 2-3 times daily. I haven't had a hot shower in like 3 weeks. I am wearing as much white cotton as I can. I am praying and or meditating daily. I have been reading the Gita. I am practising thinking peaceful and devotional thoughts in general. I am walking daily. Yesterday I must have walked about 8 miles. There is plenty of room for improvement from there but I don't want to shock myself too much. Im not drinking and Im off hard drugs. But I do smoke the weed
