I write short fiction seldom, but in the past few weeks, I've written (and sold!) a story and a half.

The half story is my share of "The Vital Importance of the Superficial." The other half of the story was written by Ellen Kushner, and the whole thing will appear in the forthcoming anthology Queen Victoria's Book of Spells: Tales of Gaslight
