"Hey, Kate, I just wanted to cheer up the place before Aaron got home from school" she raises a box filled with red ornaments. "Wanna help?"
Kate nods, smiling, taking two ornaments and placing them on the tree. Soon, it was all set, and Kate was happy.
Claire grabs her hand.
Everything was just perfect.
