"Felicity!" Oliver barks in that commanding voice of his that sends a shiver down her spine every time he says her name. "Get down."
Without any sense of gentleness, he pushes her down and towards him as they both hide behind the bushes.
"I know we're just supposed to observe our counterparts in this world we accidentally walked into to understand a bit about it and how to get out, and I know that being seen by them would be really, really bad so I'm sorry and could you stop being so hot and close to me? It's really distracting..."
Oliver, as usual, takes a moment to let everything Felicity said in a rush sink in. Then he gets off her and they both seat side by side behind the bushes, observing the man and the woman that are discussing not far away from them.
"Are they..."
"This world... it's upside down" Oliver mumbles before continuing a bit louder. "Meet Olivia Queen and Felix Smoak."
Felicity's jaw drops as he observes the pair that's supposed to be them; a bespectacled blond man and a tall, stunning brown-haired woman with legs that went on for miles.
"I'm... I'm..."
"I know it's a bit of a shoc-"
"Hot" she lets out, gasping. "I mean, look at me. Not me me, guy-me! Was he locked inside a gym for an entire year or something? He looks like something out of Sports Illustrated! Not that I'm attracted to myself or anything, that would be weird. Would it? I mean, we're basically different people..." she pauses. "Ok, done now."
"Good. Let's move now" Oliver decides, trying hard not to ponder on the fact that Olivia Queen was pretty easy on her eyes as well.
Damn Felicity for leading that train of thought.
